Shipping Policy

Every Understated Clothing item is printed to order just for you, so shipping works a little differently than a store pulling from a warehouse shelf. Here's what to expect.

Processing time
Orders are made just for you after you place them. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, restocks, etc.) this may take slightly longer — we'll do our best to keep things moving.

Shipping time
Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. International orders typically take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs processing outside of our control.

Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $4.75. International shipping is available at checkout, where the exact rate for your country will be calculated and shown before you pay.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but reach out and we'll do what we can to help.
