Refund policy

Returns are simple. If you don't want it, send it back. You have 60 days from delivery, and you don't need to give us a reason.

60-Day Returns. Any unworn, unwashed item can come back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us at theunderstatedclothing@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. No restocking fee, no return shipping charge.

Changed your mind
That's fine, and you don't owe us an explanation. Send it back unworn and unwashed within 60 days and we'll refund you in full.

Wrong size or fit
Your choice: a full refund, or a free exchange in the right size. Email us within 60 days and we'll send a prepaid label either way. The size guide on each product page helps get it right the first time.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
We'll make it right at no cost to you, with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back for this one. Just email us a photo along with your order number.

Lost or misdelivered packages
If your order gets lost in transit or is returned to us because of a delivery issue, we'll cover a full reprint and reshipment at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once an eligible refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at theunderstatedclothing@gmail.com.
