Refund policy

Every Understated Clothing item is printed to order just for you. Because nothing is pre-stocked, our returns work a little differently than a traditional retailer. If anything is wrong with your order, email us any time at theunderstatedclothing@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll fix it at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at theunderstatedclothing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong size or fit

Because each item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you order a replacement in the correct size at a reduced, at-cost price. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering to help get the right fit the first time.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once an eligible refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at theunderstatedclothing@gmail.com.
